I received a criminal speeding ticket just outside of Nogales when I was going down there for business. I was... read moreI received a criminal speeding ticket just outside of Nogales when I was going down there for business. I was cited for 69 mph in a 45 mph zone and in AZ that is a criminal charge. I did not realize that there was anything such as criminal speeding until I called to take care of the fine over the phone and was informed that I would have to appear to plea. I was at a loss as to how to proceed and quickly decided I should have counsel. I searched Avvo and doing my due diligence made five phone calls to highly rated practices. My call to Kielsky and Rike was put through to Chris Rike and he explained the violation to me, what my options were, what the price would be and sent a follow up email. Interestingly all four of the other calls I made went unreturned.
