Attorney Chris Rike

Chris Rike, Attorney

Chris is an attorney and one of the founding partners of the firm. He appears in court, prepares legal filings, negotiates with opposing attorneys, provides legal advice, and ensures he’s left no stone unturned in obtaining the best outcome possible for clients.

Chris is an avid car enthusiast who is also passionate about keeping the government out of your business and life. Chris is of the opinion that most traffic tickets are part of a money-making scheme perpetrated on unlucky drivers. He feels strongly about fighting these tickets and helping his clients avoid a criminal conviction, license suspension, or increased insurance rates.

When Chris isn’t at work, he loves everything about cars. He also loves to mountain bike or go hiking. He most enjoys spending time with his wife and son. His family often goes to Cars and Coffee events together.

Attorney David Enevoldsen

David Enevoldsen, Attorney

David is an attorney and one of the founding partners of the firm. He regularly argues cases in court and conducts trials. He also prepares legal filings, negotiates with opposing attorneys, and provides legal advice.

David is a native Phoenician and is all too familiar with Arizona's onerous traffic laws and oftentimes overzealous ticket writing of Arizona's various law enforcement agencies. While David advocates for safe driving, it’s very important to him that judicial outcomes be fair and that criminal defendants are not bulldozed by unjust prosecution.

When David isn’t doing legal work, he loves hiking, spending time with his family, and pursuing a project (entitled Emotional Embuffination) dedicated to helping people use psychology to cultivate emotional strength and learn to deal with conflict.

Attorney Cynthia Tannar

Cynthia Tannar, Attorney

Cynthia is one of our associate attorneys. She makes regular court appearances, prepares legal filings, negotiates with opposing attorneys, and provides legal advice.

Cynthia is passionate about criminal defense work. She is especially bothered by the arbitrary way in which many criminal defendants are charged or when law enforcement use technicalities to bring unnecessary charges against defendants. Cynthia recognizes the difficulty that can arise for average people in trying to understand the confusing criminal court process and loves to help make it easier. She really enjoys obtaining positive outcomes for clients and helping them reach their goals.

Outside of work Cynthia spends most of her time with her family and dog. She also enjoys playing board games, acting, and reading.
