David is a native Phoenician and is all too familiar with Arizona’s onerous traffic laws and oftentimes overzealous ticket writing of Arizona’s various law enforcement agencies. While David advocates for safe driving, it’s very important to him that judicial outcomes be fair and that criminal defendants are not bulldozed by unjust prosecution.
When David isn’t doing legal work, he loves hiking, spending time with his family, and pursuing a project (entitled Emotional Embuffination) dedicated to helping people use psychology to cultivate emotional strength and learn to deal with conflict.
