What can I expect when I contact your office?
When you call our office for the first time, we will collect some basic information from you. We’ll get information about your specific charge, what court is handling your ticket, the status of your case, and your goals in your case. Once we have that information, we can discuss possible options. We are completely transparent. If we think we can’t help, we’ll tell you that too.
How much are your fees?
Our fees vary depending on the location of the court and the type of charges. For example, more complex cases like DUIs cost a little more than other cases. Some cases, like reckless driving and again DUIs, are jury elegible. This means a trial is in front of a jury instead of just the judge. We charge a little more for jury trials. All of our fees are flat fees, meaning we charge a fixed amount. If you call our office, we can quote you an exact fee.
Do you charge by the hour?
We do not charge by the hour. All of our fees are fixed, or flat rate, so you know exactly what the cost is up front.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do offer payment plans.
