Hands one of the Best Law firm to be represented by. I recieved criminal traffic violation in 2021, i contacted many Law firms but they were charging me ridiculous prices. Traffic law guys were transparent in every step of the way in my legal process, they kept me updated and got my sentence reduced to a minor traffic violation. I highly appreciate their effort, and since i have recommended many of my family, friends and colleagues to them.
Definitely would recommend for my friends if they require to do so in the future. Chris was amazing and so was Olga. They deserve giving them a 5 star.
Response from the owner: Thank you Prince! We are grateful for the opportunity to help.
Chris was awesome and helped me with a traffic ticket. Thank you Chris and will definitely recommend this law firm to my friends in the futur.

Why You Should Fight A CDL Ticket

Avoid a criminal conviction.

Many Arizona CDL tickets are criminal tickets. No CDL lawyer can guarantee that they can get a charge dismissed, but if you don’t fight that criminal ticket, you’ll definitely have a criminal conviction. When you fight the ticket, at least you know you’ve done everything possible to avoid a conviction.

Minimize or avoid points on your license.

A good CDL lawyer is always looking for ways to minimize the consequences to a CDL holder’s license. If a charge is dismissed or changed to a no-points violation, then there are no points on your license.

Minimize or avoid CSA points.

If a charge is dismissed and that charge was reflected on an Driver Vehicle Examination Report (DVER), then a CDL lawyer can get that violation removed from the DVER by challenging the violation through the DataQs system, thereby reducing or eliminating CSA points.

 Minimize Consequences.

A conviction will involve fines, and in some cases jail time, probation, or a license suspension, so it makes sense to do everything possible to avoid as many collateral consequences at possible.

Traffic Stops and the Drug Dog

Traffic Stops and the Drug Dog

A few years ago, I was driving through Colorado on my way home to Arizona. I was traveling the speed limit, but was nevertheless pulled over by a cop for allegedly exceeding the speed limit by 2 mph. The officer asked me to exit my vehicle and issued me a warning. As the traffic stop appeared to be ending, the cop began with a series of questions: do you have any weapons, do you have any drugs, etc. I answered in the negative.
