Tempe Municipal Court handles cases initiated by the Tempe Police Department. Tempe is a busy court, especially with ASU nearby. We see a lot of traffic cases in this court, with excessive speed, driving on a suspended license, and racing, also known as exhibition of speed, being popular violations.
